Our story
Named for the circle every great venue draws around its guests
We started in 2011 with a single question from a struggling London restaurant: where is the money going? Answering it properly meant looking at the menu, the rota, the supplier list and the way the team spoke to guests — all at once.
Fifteen years later that same integrated view underpins every engagement, whether it's a 300-key resort, a neighbourhood wine bar or a food hall with twelve operators under one roof.
