We want the site and our sessions to work for everyone, including people using assistive technology.

Our standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, descriptive link text, image alternatives and colour contrast tested against AA thresholds.
Adjustments for sessions
Virtual sessions can be adapted on request: live captions, a written summary afterwards, extra time, a slower pace, materials in advance, or a different format entirely. Tell us when you book, in the discussion field, and we will arrange it at no extra cost.
Known limitations
Third-party components we rely on — payment checkout, the spam-protection challenge and video conferencing — are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet AA. If any of them blocks you, contact us and we will complete the booking manually.
Reporting a barrier
Email theblackcirclegroup@gmail.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix accessibility issues as a priority.
