Operational support, not instruction
Everything we provide — in sessions, documents, models, messages and on this website — is commercial and operational support for hospitality businesses. It is general in nature, based on the criteria and information you give us, and intended to help you make your own informed decisions.
Legal matters are advisory only
We are not a law firm and we are not regulated to give legal advice. Comments on leases, contracts, licensing, employment, TUPE, immigration, health and safety, food safety, allergen law, GDPR or disputes are operational commentary only. Seek advice from a qualified solicitor before acting.
Financial, tax and accountancy matters are advisory only
We are not accountants, auditors, tax advisers or FCA-regulated financial advisers. Budgets, forecasts, P&L reviews, cost and pricing models, funding routes and valuation commentary are illustrative operational modelling based on your figures. Seek advice from a qualified accountant, tax adviser or regulated financial adviser before making a financial decision, investment or submission.
Based on the criteria you provide
We do not audit or verify the information you share, and our conclusions change with the information available. Where information is incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, the guidance based on it will be too.
No guaranteed outcome
We give no warranty or guarantee of revenue, profit, cost saving, licence, funding, valuation or compliance outcome. Results depend on market conditions and your own execution.
